The Secret of the Cardboard Rocket

Recommended for
Kindergarten thru Fourth Grade

"The Secret of the Cardboard Rocket" is a special 40-minute show presented with a "story-telling" approach. The program features the daring exploits of a couple of  kids who take a cardboard box and turn it into a rocket in which to visit the Sun, Moon, and planets. The characters take along everything they need, including balloons full of air and an astronomy book that talks. Your students will learn what planets are, how they are different from each other, and why our Earth is such a special place. But how are two kids able to visit the planets in a rocket made of cardboard? That's "The Secret of the Cardboard Rocket," that with knowledge and imagination, we can travel anywhere.
